1965 Clinton Iowa Flood

In 1965, The Mississippi River rose to record levels all along the Iowa and Illinois borders.

Harold Johnson of Johnson Photographers took many photos as did the Clinton Herald Newspaper.

A home movie was also shot of the flood, including a helicopter ride.
